Coach Ni is a passionate wellness advocate, U.S. Army veteran, personal trainer, life coach, and author of Trinity of Self-Love, Trinity of Fitness ARPIE Journal and ARPIE Meditation Workbook & Journal.

With over 23 years of combined service in the military and government, Coach Ni has turned her discipline, leadership, and compassion into a mission of helping others heal, grow, and realign their lives. She has dedicated herself to guiding individuals toward holistic transformation — combining fitness, mindfulness, and self-love to create balance from the inside out.

Through her signature Trinity of Fitness model and ARPIE 5-Step Method (Acknowledge, Release, Practice Self-Care, Inner Exploration, Empowerment), Coach Ni empowers others to break through barriers, embrace their truth, and live with intention.
